Naturally Kiwi King Terms and Conditions of Service and Sale

The Terms and Conditions of service and sale relate to the use of and purchasing off Naturally Kiwi King website. By registering an account or purchasing thru the website you will automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.

By ordering off the Naturally Kiwi King website creates a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and Naturally Kiwi King that is subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Opening an account with Naturally Kiwi King and purchasing of anything from Naturally Kiwi King is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand in relation to disputes between you and the company Naturally Kiwi King.

Naturally Kiwi King has a maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount paid by you to Naturally Kiwi King in respect of the product excluding any amount paid for delivery.

Shipping

Naturally Kiwi King will deliver the goods by such carrier and such form of transport that Naturally Kiwi King considers to be appropriate.

Naturally Kiwi King will not be responsible for any part delivery or delay in delivery of goods as a result of events occurring beyond Naturally Kiwi King control. Naturally Kiwi King will not be in any way responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising for such delay or non-delivery.

Naturally Kiwi King despatches order's daily from Monday to Friday and will endeavour to have your purchase despatched asap. Allowance for order's within the Auckland region 2 days, Outside of Auckland including the South Island allow 3 day's. All rural deliveries need to allow an extra 2-3 days.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If you have not received your delivery within the time frame please email us with your order number so we can investigate for you.

Damage in Transit

If your parcel has arrived and something is damaged please contact us immediately. Keep all damaged items and packaging in the same condition they were received and email a photo ASAP. The courier company may need to collect the damaged products so ensure all items are available until Naturally Kiwi King advises you otherwise.

Please note you will need to contact us within 24 hours from receiving your delivery. This can assist us in making a claim with the courier company.

Any damages need to be advised within a 48 hour period from the time of receiving your delivery otherwise no further claims can be made.
